RS 45:674 - Acquisition of railroad property; assumption of bonds Any street railway company purchasing, leasing or acquiring the use of such or any portion of any railroad company may assume or guarantee the part of the bonds of that railroad company as may be properly apportioned to the part purchased, or leased, or of which the use is acquired.
