RS 45:7 - Construction of bond Any bond given in attempted pursuance of this Chapter by any person, shall be a statutory bond, and all the provisions of this Chapter shall be conclusively presumed to be intended to be read into it and form a part of it, any stipulation in the bond to the contrary notwithstanding.
