RS 45:800 - Enforcement The department of public safety through the State of Louisiana may commence judicial proceedings to enforce compliance by any public agency or public safety with the provisions of this Chapter. The department of public safety through the State of Louisiana may commence proceedings before the Louisiana Public Service Commission against any public utility providing telephone service to enforce compliance by such public utility with the provisions of its duly filed tariffs.
