RS 46:10 - Compromise of claim not to affect rights of the hospital No compromise of any claim referred to in R.S. 46:9, whether made before or after the filing of suit, shall affect the right of any of the charity hospitals of this state or of any veterans administration hospital in the state to recover the fees and charges, if any, that may be due the hospital for treatment, from any party or parties who may be liable for them under any law of this state.
