RS 46:1098.8 - Bylaws; compliance The bylaws of the board and of the medical staff shall be made compatible in all respects within the provisions of this Part. Any discrepancy between the bylaws of the medical staff and this Part, or between the bylaws of the board and this Part, shall be resolved in favor of this Part. In no case shall the bylaws of the medical staff prevail against either this Part or the bylaws of the board. Acts 2020, No. 365, §1, eff. June 12, 2020.
