RS 46:1192 - Definitions As used in this Chapter and unless the context clearly requires otherwise: (1) 'Department' means the Louisiana Department of Health. (2) 'District' means the healthcare service district authorized in this Chapter. (3) 'Governing board' means the governing board of the healthcare service district.
