RS 46:1402.1 - Licensing; prohibition of conflict of interest All licenses issued to specialized providers pursuant to this Chapter shall specify that the facility shall not enter into any contract or engage in any activities in conflict with its duties to the mothers, fathers, and children that it is licensed to serve.
