RS 46:153.5 - Mental health rehabilitation providers; accreditation The secretary is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations requiring any provider participating in the Mental Health Rehabilitation Program and providing mental health rehabilitation services to be accredited by an accreditation body. The rules shall be adopted in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. Acts 2003, No. 246, §1.
