RS 46:1926 - Delegation of authority All decisions authorized or required to be made by the department pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter, unless otherwise specifically limited in this Chapter, may be delegated by the secretary to any qualified employee of the department or, in appropriate cases, to the official in charge of a licensed residential child-caring facility or of a detention or shelter care facility.
