RS 46:1932 - Multiparish juvenile detention homes; designation Each multiparish juvenile detention home shall be known by the name of the parish in which the home is domiciled, for example Ouachita Area Juvenile Detention Home; however, any such home created for the parishes of West Carroll, Richland, Franklin, East Carroll, Madison, Tensas, Concordia, and Catahoula, or any two or more of them, may adopt the name Northeast Louisiana Juvenile Detention Home.
