RS 46:1978 - Exceptions Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to restrict or modify any federal or state laws related to an individual's rights for reasonable accommodation and equal access to housing, including but not limited to rights afforded in accordance with the Louisiana Equal Housing Opportunity Act, R.S. 51:2601 et seq.; the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. 3601 et seq.; the Americans with Disabilities Act; or related state or federal legislation.
