RS 46:2123 - Program functions; duties The office of community services shall develop and administer the program to do the following: (1) Establish full-time, community-based, family-oriented shelters for the victims of family violence and their children. (2) Increase, improve, and coordinate the delivery of comprehensive services to the victims of domestic or family violence. (3) Provide the types of innovative approaches and methods in services designed to reduce the problems of domestic and family violence. Added by Acts 1979, No. 746, §1; Acts 1985, No. 772, §2, eff.
