RS 46:2206 - Rules and regulations The secretary of the Department of Transportation and Development is hereby authorized to adopt and promulgate rules and regulations that the secretary deems necessary to implement the provisions of this Chapter, in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq.
