RS 46:2423 - Recommendations by local citizen review boards concerning services, policies, procedures and laws In addition to reviewing individual cases of children, local citizen review boards may make recommendations to the court and the department and shall, when requested, forward recommendations to the state citizen review board concerning foster care services, policies, procedures, and laws.
