RS 46:2606 - Construction; local governing authorities Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to limit the authority of a local governing authority to create a children's cabinet or an advisory board to coordinate programs and services for children and families within the authority's jurisdiction and to provide for the powers, duties, and functions of such cabinet or advisory board.
