RS 46:325 - Duties of participants Each participant in the pilot initiative shall do all of the following: (1) At the time of redetermination of eligibility for SNAP benefits, provide to the department all requested documentation of participation in a workforce training or education program. (2) Comply with all other requirements for receipt of SNAP benefits as set forth by the department. Acts 2014, No. 622, §1.
