RS 46:446.3 - Prenatal or preventive pediatric care; payment and reimbursement In the case of prenatal or preventive pediatric care including early and periodic screening and diagnosis services paid by Medicaid, the department shall: (1) Make payment for such service in accordance with the usual payment schedule for such services without regard to the liability of a third party for payment for such services. (2) Seek reimbursement from such third party in accordance with R.S. 46:446.2(C)(2). Acts 1995, No. 616, §1.
