RS 46:460.1 - Submission of quarterly reports to the legislature The Department of Children and Family Services shall submit copies of the federal quarterly ACF-196 and ACF-696 reports to the House and Senate committees on health and welfare, the House Committee on Appropriations, and the Senate Committee on Finance at the time these reports are submitted to the federal government. Upon request, the department shall submit copies of any other report the legislature deems necessary. Acts 2001, No. 918, §1; Acts 2018, No. 206, §5.
