RS 46:921 - Report on patient by hospital to doctor The superintendents of all charity hospitals and other hospitals having contracts with the State of Louisiana for the care and treatment of indigents, are hereby authorized and directed to furnish to the doctor who refers the patient to such institution, a report on such patient, showing the diagnosis, laboratory and X-ray findings, and treatment prescribed, when such patient is discharged from such institution.
