RS 46:977.11 - Right of recovery; assistance payments; medical expenses The provisions of R.S. 46:153 and 446 relative to the department's right to recover shall apply to assistance payments and medical expenses provided to children pursuant to this Part. Acts 2007, No. 407, §1, eff. July 10, 2007.
