RS 46:977.4 - Louisiana Children and Youth Health Insurance Program; creation The Louisiana Children and Youth Health Insurance Program is hereby created. The program shall be administered by the department. The department shall have the same powers and authority to administer the program as provided to it in connection with the administration of the Louisiana Medicaid program and LaCHIP. The department shall coordinate the program with the existing children's health programs it operates. Acts 2007, No. 407, §1, eff. July 10, 2007.
