RS 46:977.6 - Promulgation of rules The department shall promulgate rules in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, which shall include but not be limited to: (1) Hardship provisions. (2) Annual renewals of eligibility for the program. (3) Reenrollment, grace period, notice requirements, and hearing procedures. (4) Determining the availability and affordability of private or employer-sponsored health insurance, with consideration of such factors as the percentage of income needed to purchase individual or family health insurance, the availability of employer subsidies, and other relevant factors.
