RS 47:112.1 - Agreements for withholding with United States government The secretary of the Department of Revenue is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of the state of Louisiana pursuant to Title 10 United States Code, Section 1045, providing for the withholding of estimated state income tax from monthly retired or retainer pay of any member or former member of the United States Armed Forces.
