RS 47:1521 - Immediate disposition of collections Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, all money received by the secretary shall be paid to the state treasurer and shall be deposited immediately upon receipt into the state treasury pursuant to Article VII, Section 9(A) of the Constitution of Louisiana.
