RS 47:2232 - Order of seizure and possession Upon the presentation of a certified copy of the tax sale certificate, after ten days' notice to the owner and proper hearing, the judge shall grant an order of possession commanding the sheriff to place the political subdivision in actual possession of the adjudicated property.
