RS 47:297.5 - Exemption from income; payments received from the Louisiana Military Family Assistance Fund Payments or awards made to activated military personnel or family members of activated military personnel under Part III of Chapter 2 of Title 46 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, the Louisiana Military Family Assistance Fund, are exempt from the tax imposed by this Part.
