RS 47:338.45 - Negotiability Bonds issued hereunder shall have all the qualities of negotiable paper and shall constitute negotiable instruments under the negotiable instruments law of the state of Louisiana. They shall not be invalid for any irregularity or defect in the proceedings for the issuance and sale thereof, and shall be incontestable in the hands of bona fide purchasers or holders for value.
