RS 47:4317 - Reports to parish assessor The owner of the project granted a limited exemption pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall file with the assessor of the parish in which the structure is located any report required by law on forms furnished by the assessor in order that the property granted the limited exemption may be separately listed on the assessment rolls. Such listing shall not affect the limited exemption granted pursuant to this Chapter. Added by Acts 1983, No. 445, §1.
