RS 47:469 - Taxi cabs For taxi cabs designed, constructed, and bona fide operated as such, the annual rate shall be thirty dollars per vehicle. The issuance of a registration certificate or license plate hereunder shall not be construed as an authority on the part of the owner or operator of the vehicle to operate the same in violation of law, or the rules and regulations of the public service commission.
