RS 47:521 - Display of temporary registration license plates Each temporary registration license plate shall at all times be in a clearly visible place and position. It shall be fastened to the rear of the vehicle or in the rear window of the vehicle to which it has been assigned. The temporary registration license plate shall be maintained in a condition that is clearly legible and free from foreign materials. Acts 2001, No. 139, §1.
