RS 47:531.2 - Transfer of facilities and equipment The personnel, equipment and all other facilities of the Motor Vehicle Division of the Department of Revenue are hereby transferred to the Department of Public Safety to be used to create a new division or unit in the Department of Public Safety under the control and supervision of the director of public safety as 'vehicle commissioner'.
