RS 47:7001 - Rules and regulations and fees The Department of Public Safety and Corrections, office of state police, shall promulgate rules and regulations and charge reasonable fees relating to the registration and control of the manufacture, sale, distribution, transportation, and repair of gaming equipment within this state for use outside this state. The fees collected by the department for the registration and licensing shall be deposited immediately upon receipt into the state treasury after deducting those funds appropriated by the legislature for the enforcement of this Chapter.
