RS 47:813 - Violations declared misdemeanors Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Part shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, be fined in an amount not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or imprisonment not to exceed two (2) years, or both, at the discretion of the court.
