RS 47:878 - Enforcement The attorney general or the commissioner of the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control, or either agency's designee, or any person who holds a valid permit under 26 U.S.C. 5712, may bring an action in the appropriate court in this state to prevent or restrain violations of this Chapter by any person or any person controlling such person.
