RS 47:9012 - Corporation legal representation The attorney general or a full-time assistant attorney general shall be the legal advisor to the corporation and the board, shall counsel and advise the corporation and the board, and shall represent the corporation in all legal proceedings. The corporation shall reimburse the attorney general for the cost of advising and representing the board and the corporation. Acts 1992, No. 515, §1, eff. June 25, 1992.
