RS 48:1105 - Pledge against change of rights vested in authority The state of Louisiana hereby pledges to and agrees with the holders of bonds issued by the authority under the provisions of this Part, that it will not limit or alter the rights hereby vested in the authority until all bonds of the authority at any time issued, together with the interest thereon, are fully met and discharged.
