RS 48:1155 - Restriction on construction of other bridges The department of highways in any such contract may contract on behalf of itself and the state of Louisiana that neither the state, the department of highways, nor any subdivision of the state, shall permit the construction or operation of any other bridge within such distance of such bridge as shall be specified in the contract between the department and the Authority, or which in any manner conflicts with the terms of such contract.
