RS 48:1275 - Unlawful for member, etc., to be interested in contract, etc. Any member, agent or employee of the authority who is interested, either directly or indirectly in any contract of another with the authority, or in the sale of any property, either real or personal, to the authority, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or by imprisonment not exceeding one year.
