RS 48:1277 - Annual report; recommendation On or before the first day of April of each year, the authority shall make an annual report of its activities for the preceding year to the Governor and each such report shall set forth a complete operating and financial statement covering the operations of the authority during the year, and each year that there is a general session of the legislature, a copy of such annual report shall be furnished to the legislature on the first day of such general session.
