RS 48:1303.2 - Terrebonne Parish road lighting districts; tax levy Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 48:1303, the governing authority of any road lighting district within the parish of Terrebonne may levy taxes not to exceed in any year ten mills on the dollar on all of the taxable property within the boundaries of the district.
