RS 48:1404 - Officers; meetings; quorum The commission shall elect from its own membership a chairman and vice-chairman. Six members of said commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business and the meetings of the commission shall be held at such time and place as shall be fixed in the call of the chairman after reasonable notice to the full membership. The member representing the Department of Highways shall serve as temporary chairman, and shall call the first meeting of the commission within sixty days after July 31, 1968. Acts 1968, No. 232, §4.
