RS 48:141 - Financial services administrator to be appointed The secretary shall appoint a certified public accountant, duly qualified in this state, or an experienced cost accountant, to serve as the financial administrator, comptroller and disbursing officer for the department. He shall give bond in favor of the governor in the amount of ten thousand dollars, conditioned on the faithful performance of his duties.
