RS 48:143 - Financial services administrator is disbursing officer; checks, vouchers, and warrants The financial services administrator is the disbursing officer of the department. All checks, vouchers, or warrants in payment of the accounts of the department and the salaries of the employees thereof shall be signed by the financial services administrator and countersigned by another officer or employee designated by the secretary, under such rules and regulations as are prescribed by the secretary.
