RS 48:1612 - Financial accounts; audits; reports The board shall make provision for a system of financial accounting and controls, audits and reports. Copies of each financial report required under this Section shall be furnished to each local governing body in the area. All financial reports, reports and documents of the authority shall be public records and open to public inspection under reasonable regulations prescribed by the board and other applicable law.
