RS 48:1660 - Competitive bidding on contracts, etc. By way of illustration and not specification, all purchases, acquisitions, dispositions, contracts, leases, bond sales, and like actions of the authority referred to in the provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to the public bid laws of this state.
