RS 48:1702 - Creation of commission; territorial jurisdiction A. The Bi-State Corridor Commission is hereby created. The jurisdiction of the commission shall be comprised of all territory within the geographical boundaries of the parishes of Bienville, Red River, Sabine, and Webster. B. The commission shall not have the power or authority to contract for or perform any of the work involved in the construction of any highway project.
