RS 48:1705 - Advice and services of Department of Transportation and Development The commission and the board of commissioners therefor shall have, with respect to all of the powers and functions prescribed by this Chapter, the advice and services of the Department of Transportation and Development. It shall be the duty of the secretary of said department to cause to be made available such staff expertise and support as the commission may request. Acts 1991, No. 792, §1, eff. July 19, 1991.
