RS 48:1755 - Advice and services of the Department of Transportation and Development The commission and the board of commissioners therefor shall have, with respect to all of the powers and functions prescribed by this Chapter, the advice and services of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. The secretary of the Department of Transportation and Development or his designee shall be an ex officio, voting member of the commission. Within reason, it shall be the duty of the secretary of said department to make available such department staff, expertise, and support as the commission may request. Acts 1992, No. 214, §1.
