RS 48:1841 - Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway That portion of Interstate 10 which begins at the Texas state line and travels eastward across the state of Louisiana to the Mississippi state line, which has not previously been designated a memorial highway or bridge, shall be hereafter known and designated as the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway.
