RS 48:2027 - Right of public agencies to material Any authority created pursuant to this Chapter shall be subject to and fully comply with the Public Records Law (R.S. 44:1 et seq.) and the Open Meetings Law (R.S. 42:11 et seq.) of the state. The proceedings and documents of an authority shall be public record. All reports, maps, or other technical documents produced in whole or in part by an authority may be utilized by the department or any other public agency in any manner that it deems necessary and advisable in the conduct of its duties.
